Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened CBD products, edibles, or beverages. This is to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened CBD oils, tinctures, or topicals
  • Opened edibles, beverages, or consumables
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via email or our contact form with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for authorization - We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Pack securely - Return items in their original packaging
  4. Ship back - Send to the address provided (customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges
