UK SHIPPING RATES
• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £50
• Standard Shipping: £3.75 for orders under £50
• Delivery time: 2-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Standard International Shipping: £10.00
• Delivery time: 3-17 business days (varies by destination)
• Please note: International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes

ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed within 1-2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• All orders include tracking
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
• Track your parcel's progress from dispatch to delivery

DELIVERY INFORMATION
• Signature may be required upon delivery for security
• If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with collection/redelivery instructions
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged:
• Contact us immediately with your order number
• We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly
• Replacement or refund will be provided for lost or damaged items

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
